Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to the amount of your first night’s visit. A deposit of 50% of your visit is requested if you will be staying for 3 or more nights. This guarantees both the guest and The John Easton House the entire reservation period. We request that you cancel with a minimum of 14 days notice prior to your scheduled arrival date. A full refund of the deposit (minus $20 per room) will be returned to you upon cancellation. If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the deposit will be credited toward a future stay (good for one year) provided that the cancelled space is resold without loss to The John Easton House.

Payment may be made with cash,check or credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
